If you have experienced any problems with your computer which you
believe may be related to NVIDIA components, please read below and
consider filling out the form to the right. Please provide as much
information as possible - if you do not see your specific problem
listed, please describe it to the best of your ability in the text box.
We represent consumers in an action filed in federal court who allege
they have been harmed by their purchase of computers containing NVIDIA
components. We allege that due to a defective manufacturing or design
process, NVIDIA's graphics processing units ("GPUs") were placed in
packages which were unable to tolerate the amount of heat generated
during a laptop's normal course of operations. As a result, consumers
have experienced a variety of defects with their computers, including
those listed to the right. Additionally, NVIDIA and certain computer
manufacturers designed BIOS updates which they claimed would remedy the
problem. Rather than doing so, however, these BIOS updates simply
caused the computer's fan to run constantly, draining the battery life
of laptops and causing the fans to wear out more quickly than expected.
